    • Successfully conducted a trial involving principles agency law and the law of estoppel in the context of a construction claim. The case is reported in the local Chinese newspapers and in the Singapore Academy Law Digest.
    • In particular, argued and succeeded in an action based on negotiable documents, which is now a landmark case on Bills of Exchange. The Singapore Law Reports has reported this case.
    • Succeeded in High Court claims relating to issues of constructive trusts and rights of beneficiaries arising from disputes over landed properties. This case, raising novel points of law for discussion, is reported in the Singapore Law Reports.
