We have acted for both public and private developers in relation to various building and construction disputes.

The projects that we have given advice on extend to both private and government projects. We are also able to draft contract documents which protect the rights and interest of our client in the event of litigation or adjudication.

Some of the projects which we have been involved in are matters pertaining Paya Ubi Industrial Park, Parc Palais condominium, Eastwood Park condominium, HDB’s 1st Design and Build Contract involving curtain walls at Choa Chu Kang, the construction of Singapore’s first fabric roof in Bukit Merah Bus Interchange and the construction of the new Braddell Heights Community Centre, the construction and provision of Addition and Alteration works to more than 26 schools in Singapore.

We also undertake litigation work on behalf of the MCST and subsidiary proprietors, including initiating proceedings at the Strata Titles Board. As we draft detailed construction contracts for companies, we are able to pursue effectively the merits of a Claim or Defence or details relating to project works when advising on such matters.
